Meditation & Breathwork

Meditation
Meditation is more than stillness, it’s a practice proven to reshape the brain. Research from Dr. Andrew Huberman shows that meditation can regulate stress circuits and strengthen pathways linked to focus and emotional balance. Neuroscientist Dr. Richard Davidson has demonstrated lasting changes in brain regions connected to compassion and resilience through regular meditation practice.
